An educated culinary professional since 1986 with a degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI., USA. I have been cooking and creating great food from Alabama, Boston, New York and Copenhagen for almost 25 years.
‘’Probably the most asked question about my cooking is what is your specialty? The answer is almost anything but American soul food is closest to my heart being from Alabama. I love to cook Asian especially Japanese,Vietnamese and Thai. Indian and Spanish kitchen are a couple of my favorites also. I love to bake and make desserts too!’’
